Second generation psychotherapy

I am now offering second generation therapy. This is an opportunity for people who are the children of immigrants, or survivors of wars, atrocities or traumas, to explore how their lives have been affected by the experience of the previous generation.

In my work with the second generation, I am drawing together my knowledge as a psychotherapist, and my personal experiences and explorations of the emotional impact of being the daughter of refugees.

Second generation therapy is an exciting development in psychotherapeutic thinking, which touches upon a great variety of human trauma, and its impact upon succeeding generations.
